 Create, conceptualize and design campaigns and projects for all of the agency’s clients .

  •  Work closely with the leadership team to drive new business, support overall efficiencies, and  develop new models and tools to support creative work, including: design systems, automation,  offshoring and utilization of external agencies 

  •  Perform layout support, edits to existing work, versioning and resizing, rebranding of materials,  recreation of agency created materials, image replacement, image retouching, and image sourcing

  •  Prepare and package final files and assets for integration into client systems and programs for  distribution (Content Hub, Veeva) 

  •  Provide design and production services for various print and digital projects for parent
     company XWELL

  •  Clients include Novo Nordic (Sogroya, Norditropin, Ozempic, NovoCare, Saxenda, Victoza,  Wegovy). Pfizer, Novartis, ROME Foundation, XWELL (XpresCheck, Xpres Spa)

  • Commission and oversee the design of various book or product elements from freelance vendors from presentation stage through final pre-press: e.g., interior design, cover design, multimedia package design.

  • Create, design and/or modify 4-color book covers, interiors, graphic art pieces and computer illustrations needed.

  • Create web icons and basic web pages.

  • Work closely with project team including Production Editor, Buyer, Editor, and Marketing Manager to ensure successful completion and functionality of all projects.

  • Research and secure photos and permissions for covers, interior design elements and work-for-hire agreements as needed.

  • Establish initial budget and monitor costs, including alterations throughout the course of the project.
